You think thousands of times every day. But you talk to yourself are more than anyone else. You are your most trusted advisor and believer. Many of the conversations you have with yourself will never be shared with anyone because doing so will make you appear “real”. You are full of self-doubt, anxiety, sadness, guilt, pain and frustration.

But it’s not “real you” at all

Your ego and belief systems are what made you. But these negative beliefs have been created by you and have accepted you as true. Then the sad thing is that nothing can be further from the truth.

Where did these misconceptions about you come from?

They mostly came from others; parents, teachers, coworkers and friends planted the seeds that they probably said “he’s fat” and you built those comments up in such a way that they became your truth.

You are allowing yourself to control your whole life by making some vague comments made a few years ago. No one has the right or power to command you. Then only you know, who you really are and what is in your heart life.

When you were born you entered this world without understanding your current negative belief system. You entered this world as a beautiful bundle of joy filled with limitless possibilities and possibilities.

I’m here to tell you that you haven’t changed. You are still there and will always be a beautiful bundle of joy with unlimited possibilities and possibilities. Then you eliminate negative thoughts on weight loss life.

The difference is what you pay attention to

Let me ask you a question.

Such as shutting down all the negative things you currently have;

  2. Why would anyone want to love me?
  3. I never get thin
  4. I always fail

Do you think that you will feel sensitively light?

Do you think you will feel happier?

Do you think that you will feel more confident?

Now how do you think your life will change if you go one step further and correct your self-talk by just saying positive things about yourself. Once you start looking for positive things in yourself

you will be amazed to realize that your glory is always just below the surface. You never saw that brilliant bundle that entered the world a few years ago. It is easy to reveal one’s positive aspects by asking some questions.

  • Am I good?
  • Who has benefited from my being on earth?
  • Who am I, what is in my heart that I only know?
  • What do I like about my body?

Your goal now is to feel better. How are you feeling now If you just observe what feels positive about yourself, you will feel better, you will be happier. Decide how you want to feel right now and right now. Decide that you will always look for the good in yourself and appreciate that goodness.

So what does all this have to do with weight loss? All !!! Your sensitive state is the control valve that determines what draws you into your experience. How you talk to yourself makes your beliefs and programs subconscious. So you need to ask yourself, do you want your beliefs and subconscious programming to be based on false-negative thinking? Or do you want your beliefs to be based on truth, that you are and always will be a perfect being?

Start today to love and nurture yourself. Let the joy, humour and enthusiasm that you naturally had as a child flow into your daily experience. Allow yourself to celebrate every success no matter how small. Love and appreciate yourself at every opportunity you have. Do this every day and watch your weight begin to dissolve just as your old negative beliefs about you begin to dissolve.
